Comment:
Tweaked version of a CD submitted to a friend. I made him a mix to accompany his daily bus ride to the local university. Tried to throw in some sunny bus songs as well as rainy bus songs to suit the tempermental weather here.
Feedback:
i like this. by divine right? my friend's brother plays with them. and i forgot to mention i used to have dave ullrich on my msn list! haha i will get back to you about the inbreds mix :)
The Bruce McCulloch cut might make a long bus ride not seem so bad. Is that Kid Koala cut from the new one? If so, how is it? I haven't heard ANYONE talk about it which scares me out of buying it.
Dale: Fender Bender is from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Kid Koala's new albums (Some Of My Best Friends Are DJs) has been favourably reviewed, but I think the consensus is that CTS is still a better album. I would have to agree. One thing that irks me about Some Of My Best Friends is that it's very, very short (around 30 minutes).
As for the Bruce McCulloch - well, you gotta have some spoken word to accompany long commutes, especially if the track contains the phrase, "coveted and stolen our neighbour's lawn". ;)
