To celebrate my second anniversary on AotM - coming full circle, as it were. Thanks, everyone, for hipping me to some real boss sounds. What better way to celebrate than to dig out some crusty old crap? Happy winter, gang!

Happy anniversary darling! I bought you a sweater. Looks like you're compiled almost every band here I loved in college -- REM, the Bongos, Let's Active, CVB, Primitives, etc., as well as a few other more recent favorites (American Spring, Sloan).

Sometimes that crusty old crap sounds fresher than the new stuff. I think I plyed that Stiv Bators cut over and over again for hours when I bought that record oh so long ago. And the YFF is one of the strongest cuts on the BeeGees tribute. Hell, it's all good. I totally forgot about the Meices, but I know there were at least a few cuts I loved by them.
