Comment:
To celebrate my second anniversary on AotM - coming full circle, as it were. Thanks, everyone, for hipping me to some real boss sounds. What better way to celebrate than to dig out some crusty old crap? Happy winter, gang!Feedback:
Hi Sean. Looks like great stuff, as usual.
Happy Anniversary! Smashing celebratory mix.
I just love your mixes. Sitting Still and Let's Active , and Rank and File go so well together in my mind. And I adore Generation X in general. Lovely, lovely, loverly!
Wow , stuff here that I haven't heard since high school! Nice one Sean ,my friend.
another classic in a great serie, keep 'em coming
Top Tunes, that Rezillos song takesme back!
Happy anniversary darling! I bought you a sweater. Looks like you're compiled almost every band here I loved in college -- REM, the Bongos, Let's Active, CVB, Primitives, etc., as well as a few other more recent favorites (American Spring, Sloan).
YOU'VE compiled. I'm still pretty new at this comments thing. ;)
Ahh, like a great percale...high thread count! Quality in the manufacture. Hand-wrought by one of the finest minds on the site. Congratulations! It's always a Lally-palooza!
can't get enough of that Popsic Talk!
Sometimes that crusty old crap sounds fresher than the new stuff. I think I plyed that Stiv Bators cut over and over again for hours when I bought that record oh so long ago. And the YFF is one of the strongest cuts on the BeeGees tribute. Hell, it's all good. I totally forgot about the Meices, but I know there were at least a few cuts I loved by them.
superb stuff as usual, Sean. Nice to see you back after a long abscence. Maybe this will stir me into some sort of action!
Wonderful mix! I love it.
This is awfully good. And it's always nice to see the Fellows pop up.
Another gem of great stuff.
Um, how did I miss this? Great, classic, etc., etc. Please add to my burgeoning pile.
Superduper, spaceman! Please add this to the trade pile, and a belated congrats on passing the 2 year mark!
