Comment:

All very Beatle-ish songs. For my young friend at work who loves the Beatles but needs to broaden the horizons a bit.

People who take it upon themselves to broaden the horizons of other people's musical interests bloody rule! Dammit, that's what music is all about: infecting the masses (albeit in a good way.) Fortunately, this is 1 of them good ways I was talking about. Out.

That Motors song just kicks my ass. Lots of good stuff here: Pezband, Cheap trick, ELO, Nick lowe, etc etc. I never would have thought of the Aerosmith song as beatle-esque, but I'm going to go back to it right now.

Cool. Lots of great songs here, but Steve Earle is a particular favorite.

Who'd have thunk it? Two mixes, back-to-back, with Pezband on 'em..! (Not that they aren't worthy, it just seems oddly synchronous.) Like Sean & Dale I like most of this-a lot. Good job! The Motors DO kick ass! (..and that ELO song may've been the last of the good from them.....)

Wow, this is full of the greatest pop songs ever recorded. Groovies, ELO, Big Star, Raspberries, Badfinger, Cheap Trick, you must be a power pop god. Nice mix!

Very Beatle-ish, & a different approach from the usual Beatles-cover mania; a better way of showing thier influence, really.
Some classics here -
