theme: political / activism

reason: as a new presidental election time comes upon us all we hear on tv are campaign platforms. who to vote for and who to not vote
for. i'm not of a person that talks about politics with people, but i have my own strong views. so instead i let it come out from the music that has a political edge that i listen to. these are just a few of the songs that i chose to put on this cd. i usually try to span out over more musical artists, but pearl jam has a big voice and they cover quite a few songs strongly and emotionally. this is why i opted to use the last 3 songs they cover to end this cd with. especially the chilling version of masters of war.
