Thanks to Valis for the Jah Wobble track.Feedback:
This is it. Yow. Dig the Alvin Lucier + Vibracathedral Orchestra tracks a lot.
cool stuff
Phew! For a minute, I thought this mix read; The Sting Theory.....
lots of weird and wonderful stuff, Curtis!
what mr. mcdonald said.
Ditto previous 2 comments. 'Everybody loves string.'
Curtis, I'm convinced that you inhabit a universe where these artists are commonplace...Top 40 in fact...and The Drifters change hands feverishly between subversive outkasts, with conspiratorial winks...now, I'm familiar with Sun Ra and of course Ja Wobble but The Vibracathedral Orchestra and Tortoise and The Ex...once again, I bow to yr musical prowress and say there is only one Curtis Burns!
Keiji Haino goes top 40? I'd love to live in Curtis' world too!
...an alternate universe where sound is bent @ a different angle..? (sounds wild!)
looks....quite Burnsian, Burns
looks....quite Burnsian, Burns
Love that Sun Ra and the Tortoise/Ex song. Looks great.
Magnificent.
I can only blink and shake my head in awe.
Dom (1) hit the bean....., another pure Burnsian sizzla'....(you're welcome, as always.)
