Comment:
1) The feeling it gave me when I first heard it in the "Rushmore" trailer was that of some awe-inspiring adventure about to begin, so I thought it'd make a fitting opening track on a mixOverall, the mix ended up with a more romantic theme than I'd intended, but in my sentimental eyes, that's never a bad way to turn out. Like most of my mixes, I tried to make it upbeat and fun, yet somewhat substantial as well. You could use it as a singalong mix while driving, but there's also an array of emotions on many of the cuts to give the mix as a whole a lingering power...at least that's my own pretentious commentary/hope for it. Oh well; at least I'll enjoy it
Feedback:
Yo, Mike, wanna trade a copy of my "Have A Nice Day Mix" for this? Or "Shimmy Rock Happy Parade"? Let me know. And thanks for your comments...
