The first of two mixes to commemorate the impending demise of the Mark & Lard show on BBC Radio 1... All these songs evoke memories of hearing them on the show, in most cases for the first time, although "Fairytale Of New York" is included as they played it just after the news of Kirsty MacColl's death was announced in December 2000.Feedback:

What a great mix, I miss Mark and Lard in their graveyard shift i must say. Remember hearing White Town on their show first and loving it. Too many other wonderful tracks on here to mention. Sorry the comment is 2 years too late!!
