Comment:

I decided the plastic imperial lounge needs a mellow spot, perhaps a Saturday night since the kids have all week to dance and stay out late. This set is designed for fancy coctails and nostalgic reflection. It is a homage of sorts to the 70s. The film Almost Famous reminded me how much I like that Todd Rundgren record and reminded me that the Beach Boys still had some magic after the turn of the decade. The new French band Phoenix love the 70s magic of 10cc and others; their new disc on Astralwerks is in heavy rotation in this house. So, at any rate, disco nite was inspired to go soft rock (sorta). I hope this offends no one.
