Comment:

While suffering from a bout of medication induced mixer's block I thought I'd seize the opportunity to indulge in a bit of that ob-com mix revising that seems so popular 'round here these days. Been meaning to update this one ever since the Swedish prince filled in the gaps & provided me with digital upgrades of my (and the Liars) favorite post-punk band. Drawn from their two LPs, 2.5 singles & some demos, live tracks & Peel sessions. If you've ever wondered what Yoko Ono calling the shots for the JB's might've sounded like then this one's for you. Tip o' the mellanol to Peter for providing all tracks here. Is there anything ca. '77 - '81 that you don't own?

you're very welcome, this is one of the greatest band ever, I remember when I heard Y back in 79, I didn't understand a single bit but after spending night after night with it (if I don't remember wrong with cure's first and Magazines second too) I could get into more funkier stuff and came out a little bit wiser, had the big poster that come along with the album over my bed for years. (and there's a lots of records between 77-81 I don't own and really some miss too)

I haven't listened to them in an age, Jim. When you feel like trading again, give me a shout. Hope you're well.

Great. I can't wait to get the revised version... probably sometime after you get my revised "Lipstick."
