Comment:
As with many of the mixes, mostly an assemblage of new music that I discovered and enjoyed recently, with some older, less frequently heard nuggets thrown in for good measure (like Unwritten Law, Belafonte, FoW, and all the pop-punk). I was just desperate for a new mix one day, and when I put it on in the car that afternoon, it brightened me up immensely. I've been sitting on top of the world all week thanks to these songs. Whether they suit someone else's fancy is questionable (Kath Bloom doesn't mix easily with Andrew W.K., for one thing, and fans of, say, The Postal Service aren't likely to tolerate Speedwagon), but that's really irrevelant. This was pure self-indulgence, and it worked like a charm. :)Feedback:
eeep, this is wonderful :) i stuck to songs my roomie and i would share an interest in.. but you - you're everywhere! i loooove it. i wish i knew more than four songs on it, however! i'm familiar with all but four bands, but not the specific songs -- still makes me smile, cause it's sunny and a noon mix... yes please!
Wow, looks like you yanked a lot of different music on here. I like most of this.
Less Than Jake got really good in my head for some reason. Sometimes stuff like that happens. Self-indulgence rules. Out.
