A little tunage for having a cold beer on the porch swing...n'est pas?Feedback:
Overall, a good mix. The Jonathan Edwards tune does indeed set the tone for what is to come, and you follow it up nicely with Van Morrison & JJ Cale -- excellent! Other highlights include the Neil Young tune, James Brown (of course), and the Bruce Cockburn song that, for some reason, I have never grown tired of. I would quibble, however, at the inclusion of "The Chain" (which I have heard more times than I care to think about). Also, the Eagles version of "Seven Bridges Road" is a nearly note-for-note rip-off of the Iain Matthews version of the tune -- and Matthews did it better. Finally, I dare say that you could find a better Steely Dan tune than "Babylon Sisters" couldn't you??? Still, this is a mix I could listen to often.
Dude, you can't go wrong with Fleetwood Mac. It's impossible on every level. I just wish I had a porch swing!
