Comment:

A lot of Banshees purists would argue that i didn't include nearly enough of their more challenging early-period material, but it was a conscious choice... This tape was made to be played for friends and (hopefully) win some converts... So far it hasn't worked, but I still say this is a damn good Banshees primer - (almost) all the full-length albums are represented & I even threw in a few b-sides (as noted) to keep things interesting, plus the immortal Mel Torme cover "Right Now" by Siouxsie & Budgie's side project The Creatures.
