Comment:
I dug out my Live Stiffs album and it made me nostalgic... ...I knew many brides when they used to rock 'n' roll
Feedback:
Well, Joe, you've managed to make me wax nostalgic, too. Looks like you've brewed up a fine batch here.
Very nice tribute. I'm one big Wreckless Eric fan - always great to see him turn up on a mix. Same with Nick Lowe.
If it ain't Stiff...
Nice stuff, to be sure.
Nice stuff, to be sure.
a quite brilliant mix, Joe. I love all of this and thanks for your recent mail. I'm sure they'll arrive soon, and I can't wait. (Never thought I'd see that brilliant Ian Dury song appear on AOTM!)
Yeah, this is lovely!!! I esp love the Graham Parker tunes. I'm listening a lot to the guy for the moment.
Yeah, Live Stiffs is a great album...my favourite track is definitely Police Car...this mix definitely conjures up an era!
Fantastic Joe. A favorite period of mine and, god help me, I still love those first two UB40 albums. Actually up to and including "Labour of Love."
I was just listening to that Live Stiffs album the other day. I love Wreckless Eric.
A mix that's "All my body needs."
Nice job.
yes, very nice tribute, great selections.
Classy
gee i wish i still had that "live stiffs" lp, i've certainly made some dumb what-records-do-i-sell decisions over the years
