Comment:

This is a theme mix about Jean Grey of the X-Men--it will make more sense if you're familiar with the comics, because she has a lot of history. For those who don't know the comics, or don't know the songs, I have an annotation up here.

Originally, I used a desktop made by someone else for the cover (with permission), but I decided I wanted to do something else with it, so I made the current collage. (I would have listed it as "theme," but when I updated to change these comments, the interface wouldn't let me.)

I'm not familiar with the X-Men (or haven't been in over 30 years, anyway), but this looks like a well-conceived mix that was executed flawlessly. Good job.

Wow, this mix is fantastic...and congrats for a truly original theme to a mix. I don't think I've ever seen a mix for a comic book character on this site. Is track two a Peter Gabriel cover? Really digging the song choices, keep up the great work. Cheers! -Famous.

Ah Jean Grey! This is pretty cool! I have the touch might go better with a Rogue theme, but this still is a pretty kick ass mix!
Nicely done!

Track 2 is a Peter Gabriel cover; I think Heather Nova's version works better for Jean, though. I can see how the lyrics would evoke Rogue, but I think she's less comfortable with her powers than they would make it seem. Anyway, I just did a Rogue mix. :)

This is insane-good! I'm evilly pleased there's more than one X-Men mix out there.
