Nice idea for a mix, but you forgot the Sex Pistols' "Liar"!

Not to mention "Terrible Lie" by Nine Inch Nails...hmm...I'm sure there are a million more. :)

Castaways, the original punks from Minneapolis! This is great stuff. Since folks are tossing in their picks for your volume 2, how about Kim Richey, "That's A Lie" (haven't heard the Too Much Joy and am not sure whther it is the same song but have a feeling it is not). Nice work.

Ah, yes, the good old lyin' song. Good picks! There's also "Liar" by the Royal Trux, "Don't Lie to Me" by Big Star, "Miserable Lie" by the Smiths, and Bikini Kill's "Liar." Anyone else?

I'd be lying if I didn't tell you this mix is honestly great. Okay, I'll join in on the suggestion fun: "I Was Only Telling A Lie" by James Taylor, "Lie to Me" by Depeche Mode" and "White Lies" by Grandmaster Flash.

i thought that the name of the grandmaster flash song was "white lines", which of course is in reference to cocaine.

A few more... 14 Iced Bears "Lie to Choose," TV on the Radio "Young Liars," Kathryn Williams "Tell Me the Truth As If It Were Lies."

Another essential mix, no lie!
( I love recreational lying, myself. Did I ever tell you about the time Davy Crockett hired me to guide him through the Cumberland Gap? )
Hey, is that Slim Whitman tune the same one that Fats Waller sings?
I hope we have another trade coming up involving this one!

And nobody mentioned that you most tastefully left off that ubiquitous Eagles song "Lyin' Eyes" ... great job.
