Do guys realize how hard it is for us women to make romantic mixes for them? I cannot tell you how many great songs I had to pass over because of some reference to "girl," "woman," or "she." I didn't just want to use female artists because my collection is quite androgynous. Anyway, I made this mix for my 1-year anniversary with my boyfriend (total music snob like me). He is a challenge to make mixes for, so it took some work. I got a little cheesy towards the end, but ah well. I'm in love!Feedback:
yeah, i could see where you would have some problems with that...that's like bad emo music, where it's just boys bitching about girls...there's really no reason that a girl should listen to that crap, or anyone, really. anyways, this looks pretty cool, congrats on the annie.
Any mix with God Only Knows by the Beach Boys is a good mix. And this is a great mix! Any man with a girlfriend like you should be a very happy man (music-wise at least :)).
Thanks for the feedback. I haven't given my boyfriend the mix yet (working on the cover art), so hearing some positive remarks is great! And, I know what you mean about bad Emo music.
