Comment:
A selection of mellow cover tunes for summer evenings sitting on the front porch sipping beverages with neighbors. You're all welcome to stop by. Joe Strummer on the cover, RIP.
Feedback:
Oh my! This is excellent in every way. I would absolutely love to hear this. Great job here, George.
Incredible mix - fantastic cover pic!
Oh my, this is wonderful. Porch sittin' is one of my favorite pasttimes .... especially with some neighbors, a cold beverage, and heartfelt covers such as these hummin' through the speakers.
Makes me think of blue and warm summer evenings in the west country... fantastic. I'd love to hear Cash doing 'Heart of Gold' especially.
This is my kinda mix! And my kind of porch-sittin' conversation! Wish I were there.
This is fantastic, I love it!!
Very tasteful choices.
looking really tributeful
Wonderful!
Sweet! (I love Isaak's version of Only The Lonely.)
Excellent!
i hear the cicadas and crickets from here. great looking mix!
Goodness! Where did you get the Escovedo song!?! (I can see it in the parentheses, it was more of a Wow! than a question, so I ain't that dumb.) I should hunt down that album. Cool picks!
Make room for me on that porch!
Outstanding!
Great poop here! Jonathan Richman makes that song sound more like a Richman song than a Kinks song. And I love the Cornershop pick too.
Great stuff all round! Like the Evan Dando and Jonathan Richman especially.
good choices
Great stuff George. Love that Graham Parker pick.
This looks astonishingly wonderful. I'll be over in twenty minutes.
Speaking of good flow . . . I like the interplay between tracks here, a certain amount of regret & a certain amount of getting over it -
Wow this is beauty, George, sorry I was somewhere else when this was posted.
