i was asked for a quick summery indiepop mix - of course my thoughts turned to el records and went from there - i'm sure had i spent more than 10 minutes on this i may have found better selections - but sometimes the quick ones turn out to be some of the best

Yes, it's that guy again who comments on all your mixes. Another fine collection of ace tunes from someone who obviously loves the el catalog as much as I do. Check out my sunshine pop mix if you get a chance, although it's all older stuff.

Wow! Some really early Bee Gees sprinkled in. It's good to know that there are some people who realize that the Bee Gees were not only disco chipmunks. This looks good.

this sure does seem like a great summer time pop mix. i'd love to get ahold of this sometime, since there are plenty of bands on here i've only heard a couple of songs by. anyways, email me if you're up for a mix trade in the future.
