Comment:
Not a depression mix as such, more sadness. Not all the songs are particularly sad but a rule of thumb for me is that my favourite songs are sad. This will be living in my car, I passed my test a month ago.Christ..I hadn't realised just how much Smashing Pumpkins songs there are on this mix but however. I've just done it, 5:54am. I had to learn how to make my own CDs eventually.
2 - This song really struck me immediately when I saw it on lost in translation, I promptly went out and bought the soundtrack in..February? I listened to it the first time about 6 hours ago.
5 - This song reminds me of falling in love.
19 - Doesn't fit at all but I love the monologue halfway thru. Gives me goosebumps when he screams.
21 - reminds me of using the subway when i was in New York for a week in April.
22 - Just seemed to close the mix nicely. Never listened to it all that much for it before.
Lots of basic stuff here. I don't have a wide knowledge or collection of artists. The last year, I've not discovered any new bands so I read far more than I listen to music. Starting to re-discover my guitar again though.
