The PJ Harvey into Sonic Youth gets me here hook, line and sinker. I like the look of this a lot generally, though - cool Gram Parsons!

Nice stuff, I like the way it seems to get heavier and grittier... Elton John to Dead Meadow, ie. Cool.

Ah! There's that Perhacs (like that whole Collins, Perhacs, Harvey stretch)...and wouldn't you know it, I was thinking of a Brainticket inclusion soon, if only to rattle Thomas' cage :)Is it me or is there an awful lot of Elton John sneaking on everybodies mixes recently?Nice!

I like the looks of this a lot -- always like to see Kramer turn up on mixes. Love the Judy Collins to Sonic Youth in four short songs. Always dig Hazel Dickens & Robbie Fulks, too, and, of course, John Cale. Re: Elton John "sneaking" onto a lot of mixes. Has Elton really ever "sneaked" anywhere?

Looks like I'm super-late to the party for this one. I'll go along with Mr. Conroy,in that this looks like a classic to me.
