Comment:
My brother, Chris, passed away last year from medullablastoma, a form of a brain tumor. He was very full of life and a joy to be around, and we only got to keep him for 12 years. This is a mix very simular to the one that was played at the visitation that was held for him. We live in Texas, which might explain some of the country selections, but they are all beautiful songs. Both my Dad and I are very big into music so he picked up a lot from our tastes and was a very big music fan. Most of it was pop and country, mixed in with Dad's oldie tapes, and the movie Almost Famous. So I took some of his favorite artists and put together a fitting mix for his memory. As it is getting closer to the one year mark I find myself thinking of him very much, so thats how this mix came to be posted. Thank you for taking time to read this.Feedback:
This is very nice. It's hard to explain why someone is taken from us at such a young age. Cherish his memory and realize he is in a better place.
I am very, very sorry to here of your loss - you & your family must be going through the worst kind of hell imaginable. This is a beautiful tribute to your brother....
Thanks for sharing your tribute. Please understand Chris is in a much better place now.
So sad for such a loss, and a tremendously thoughtful tribute. Thank you for sharing this, remember to honor your brother by making as much as you can out of each day. -Famous.
