This has seriously got to be one of my finest creations. This collection of rarities, one-hit wonders, oldies, teen pop, etc... I love it! I had to be honest with myself on this one. I said let me make a tape of songs I genuinely love for which I will get teased; yet I know that people would secretly listen to in their rooms. I get more requests for this tape than any other I've ever made. I'm planning on deleting a few songs and making it a CD. Enjoy and if you have any questions on the songs e-mail me. These songs would get you teased alot back in H.S. and aside from the Country songs that I have to admit i liked from hearing my parents play them to death , I adored Tiffany & Ms Deborah Gibson as she is now known & i still listen to them both on occassion - this cheesy mix is amazing - u get mega kudo's for this one! How about thinking of a part II to it?!
Good mix. But I have to say that Wouldn't It Be Nice by the Beach Boys is NOT Cheesy. That's one of that hall of fame band's BEST songs off their legendary Pet Sounds album. It's thing to say Tiffany is cheesy, but not the Beach Boys. Ok I'll get off my soapbox now.
This is a masterpiece of excess, Ms. Jukebox. There are some states where you'd be hanged for making it.
I applaud your use of Dolly Parton on this tape. I am a proud former fan club member and I'm not afraid to say it! I hope you will help others resolve their shame about liking to listen to and sing along with, cheesy songs...
