Comment:
a selection of music coming out of San Francisco and The Haight during the sixties. Not all are by San Fran bands, but they all influenced the scene. Some psychedelic, some folk, etc. The first and last tracks were tributes/promotions for the Monterey Pop Festival.
Feedback:
Well done!
Looks great!
great title; so obvious now that you've linked love and haight, but I never made the connection before. Good selection to with some 'crowd pleasers' intersperced with less ovbious picks.
nice overview. i have some items from KSAN that i am going to be putting on CD within the next month or so. those were great radio daze BTW! and of course, the haight was the place to be people and music watching/listening.
Really nice mix and clever title. Long live the 60s.
funkadelic!!!!!!!
moby grape is pretty rockin', as are the byrds(even though they aren't from san fran).
God, this is fantastic!
