Comment:

the "genius" behind it was that i used the multi-track capabilities of cool edit pro version 2/adobe audition to transform it into one large track blended together as opposed to separate songs. the idea was to create a continuous flow of music that has a driving beat for the purposes of exercising. i've tried it several times and it works extremely well (especially when trying to keep the heart rate up). i will make more in the future, which will make the title even more ironic and humorous. =]
