Comment:
This is a mix I put together for my brother as a survey of some recent, and some not-so-recent, purchases.
Feedback:
Oh, man, this is great! I just purchased the Doc Sausage song a few weeks back. I'm nuts for the Ruth Brown, Warren Smith, Townes Van Zandt, Mance Lipscomb, Louis Jordan, Sister Rosetta Tharpe, Bap Kennedy & Tom Waits! And I've been looking for the Rank and File for what it seems like forever! This is absolutely excellent, Mark!!! Outstanding in every way!
Excellent. Can't go wrong with Ruth Brown.
Ditto Mohr...nice pic!
I'll be listening to this one today!
I love the old Rank and File. Can't say that I know many of the others. Hope you are well across the river. Steve
Very cool.
Excellent. Can't go wrong with Sister Rosetta Tharpe
I'm going to tip my hat (or wig) to the Rank & File and Louis Jordon picks - but it all looks dandy.
This is really great - lovely closer, and ditto Texas on the cover too.
....a great mix (from the looks of it) for a deserving brother..!
Very, very cool. I'm sure Mo' will love it.
This is very well done.
Mysterious and intriguing. Love the cover.... I have a shirt that looks a lot like that!
Wonderful.
Great stuuf - really good mix.
