Comment:

This is a mix about meeting, falling deeply in love, and surviving two years of love. Along the way lots of things happen but there is no ending, happy or sad. The Bob Dylan ending reflects 'what next?'. With the possible exceptions of Beefheart and Van Pelt (and obviously Explosions), all the songs have at least one lyric that literally fits the Fargo-style 'true' story. Roughly, it runs: meeting, proposition, rejection, friendship, time apart, re-encounter, falling in love, visiting, time together, saying goodbye, time apart. The Radiohead song is slightly incongruous but is meant to be a woozy representation of depression and its bending of time. Not suite sure if that works, but there it is. :) This is a collection of songs I like - so many of the best songs seem to fit a love story very well! I hope you like it. ----- James

I don't know many of the songs, but it's an ace concept and looks well put together.
