Comment:

Always wanting more of these smiths covers! Just got Romantic & Square is hip an Aware and the newly released "How soon is now?"; some great covers listed - some truly woeful in my view! "How soon is now?" reverberates in EMO mediocrity. Also have just ebayed and won orignial versions of "The smiths is dead" and found and won the obscure "A tribute to the smiths" Tracks & artist are; 1. I Know It's Over - Rosewater Elizabeth, 2. Panic - Lie 3. Girlfriend In A Coma - Chinadoll, etc Will add the ones I like to the mix as an when [an if :s ] these arrive!
Any more obsure tracks I need to hear?

I'm going to be very shameful here and plug a mix I did, which is entirely Smiths covers - http://www.artofthemix.org/FindAMix/getcontents.asp?strMixID=68006 - Interestingly enough, though, it only includes two of the covers you have here - you have no idea how much I want to hear that High Llamas cover! Similarly I don't have originals or Romantic... or The Smiths Is Dead. *Sigh*

Excellent covers missing from this mix and Marie's:

Billy Bragg "Jeane"

Cinerama "London"

And I'm pretty damn sure one of the Lookout band's covered "What Difference Does It Make". The Mr T Experience?
