Comment:

The most important, influential band of the decade... Ok, maybe not. But loads of 2-minute bubblegum indie pop tracks. Pretty damn hard not to crack a smile when listening.

75 percent of the people who've left feedback haven't heard of Dressy Bessy?! What's wrong with these people!? I hadn't heard of them either until I saw "But I'm A Cheerleader," and hung around for the credits so I could see who performed those ultra-catchy songs in the movie. I think I ordered their CD the next day. I think the new record is fantastic. Though I like their early twee stuff, the new album has a tougher sound and is overflowing with great aggressive pop songs. Looks like you've picked out their best moments, though I might have snuck in their groovy cover of the Free Design's "Bubbles." Nice cover too!
