You the Fag, D, you the FAG!
Hey D, I'm telling you now, this is good stuff!
This is really cool! Lee Dorsey, Jane Birkin AND Morrissey - and the placement of the Coral track is genius. Great stuff as ever, Dom.
Fag Haggin' at the Vipers' Nest indeeed. From dusk till dawn (is what I imagine). Excellent, sugar puff. Love the Osmonds, KC & Monochrome pix. But where's David Essex's "Dance Little Girl"? And when the f*ck will you upgrade to . . .? Oh . . . I said this before? Really? ;)
Looks cool, Dom.
yeah cool's the word as usual
what a polarising mix, this one. It contains some of my favs and some of my most loathed songs! See if you had a burner (Hint, hint), then I could skip by the ones I don't like and get to the good stuff :-). Just joshing, Dom. Good work and a fun mix as ever
looks great!!
looks great!!
another great brainbender!! Did King Tubby ever produce Cilla Black? Worth digging for that forgotten master tape methinks...
Confounding yet intriguing. Calling this 'good' seems too simplistic, but what a mix!
*&%#$! Pardon my dumb-ass computer/web browser combination that caused the repeat of my comments... talk about CONFOUNDING!
I love your mixes - you always throw a few curves - never was sure about Terence Trent, however. Fun.
Ditto Steve... but just once. Another great mix.
I'll second, er, seventh Steve Raglin! Dom once again jumping through hoops to outdo himself. Really great stuff Dom.
There's always one trifecta in your mixes that really leaps out at me as inspired - and this time it's Jane Birkin-King Tubby-Guitar Wolf. I love the Doll's take on "Stranded..." and am a little frightened at the idea of Tina Turner doing "I Can See For Miles".
Stanshall's right..., as usual. Club nights'll never be the same...(they'll always compare it to this.)
Confounding yet........ nice one Dom; Aah Monsieur Stanshall, have to agree with Stephen Fry when he said, "Viv was one of the greatest Englishmen ever."
Dom1, you ruddy genius!
Love to you for your inspiration and supremely good/bad taste.
Love to you for your inspiration and supremely good/bad taste.
Sorry I missed this, Dom. Truly excellent & inspired!
