More than just a Britpop band with style to spare, Blur has always embraced the wildly experimental sides of its four very different members. On one end of the spectrum, there are deceptively simple tracks like “She’s So High,” “Beetlebum,” and “For Tomorrow” — songs that soar in ways that only genuine anthems can. And on the other, there are the truly strange but satisfying moments, from the wall of noise that wails against the padded pianos of “Battery In Your Leg” to the punchy percussion and erratic rhythms of “Music Is My Radar.”
