Curtis high on poppy? Looks fabulous.
Whatever the weather's doing where you are, it can keep it up! Great stuff.
This looks great. Please put this on my next pile, good sir.
Oh, Fists of Fury, Throne of Blood...
Quite good, indeed. Great choices by Yo La Tengo, the Beatles, Marshall Crenshaw, the Selecter, the Kinks, the Fall, Eleventh Dream Day, Kevin Ayers, the Meters(!), Prince Jammy and more. And that Elton John song is one of favorites of his -- lving with her funky family in a derelict old alley!
Love the Beatles, Marshall Crenshaw, and Kinks choices. Must be a great mix.
The weather can't make it's mind up what it wants to do out here en France? But this looks like a nice collection of tunes; particularly like the inclusion of Black Uhuru & The Fall .
Love 12 > 13 > 14.
Nice job Curtis. Very singable. Good songs up and down.
An excellent package of known & unknown (for me)..A 5 STAR Mix!!
yummy...(we are what we play).
wow I actually know most of this. excellent!
great poppy serving, with one of my very fav Fab Four cuts.
Bloody weather!
Lookin' mighty fine, Mr. Burns.
This fits together very nicely. I especially like "I Can See Clearly Now" followed by "Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head". Great mix.
Very cool.
Good stuff... love that Stereolab song. I am humming the guitar part as I type.
What poppies?! Looks like a damn fine mix here Meister Burns...
Wow! A Curtis Burns mix where I know the majority of tracks. Tracks 14 thru to 19 are inspired choices.
snaps, crackles, AND pops! love the velocity girl and the fall tunes, though this is great from first to last.
Mummy the Peepshow/Fabares/Fall is pretty cool.
Love the Kinks and Fall tracks, and of course, Yo La Tengo, but it looks absolutely great, from start to finish.
This would be dreamy to listen to on a rainy day...must have been fun to put together, whatever the weather.
Your Mixed Genre listings are all realy great and really quite mixed.
