While many of today’s superstar MCs spent the ’80s in elementary school, Too $hort was already putting his larger-than-life footprint deep in the rap game. Be sure to blast the glossy G-funk grooves of “Playboy Short” and the creeping, cautionary tale of “Girl That’s Your Life” to hear what we mean.
