I think my dad's exchanged or failed to use every present I've ever bought him, plus I'm skint this year (living off his money in fact, which only stretches so far), so why not make him a mix CD? My dad was the first formative influence on my musical taste anyway - half of these artists I discovered through him, half are songs I think he might like and another couple may remind him there are a few CDs he hasn't seen in a while...
