Fantastic. Love the Negativland through Luttenbachers and Red Crayola throught Hnsker Dn stretches especially. And thanks for cleanin' up the John and Yoko act.
well well well, this looks fantastic, anytime i see the luttenbachers on a mix it's guaranteed to brighten my day, that telescopes song is fantastic, as is the ikara colt one..lovelyville.
lot of unheard stuff here, trust your taste totally so I better check it up
Excellent, Jim...and that cover is a classic!
I love to see Red Crayola, the Flying Lizards & Negativland show up on mixes! The cover is excellent, and the mix looks equally excellent. Nice!
husker du into the telescopes. lovely
What I know I love. I'll definitely have to check out the others.
My knowledge is commensurate with Peter's here! Certainly looks interesting though. Kudos for the topiary!
Thanks for putting clothes on those poor kids - they always looked so cold to me...
Fan-damn-tastic mix, too!
Fan-damn-tastic mix, too!
Jim - all these excpet Husker Du are off my radar, but it is nice to see John sampling my summer wardrobe!
Awe-inspiring stuff, my friend. One for the pile for next time around, for sure.
Ha! Hilarious and interesting. I like that cover so much better now--thanks!
Hehehe - love the cover, appeals to my inner guilty Catholic :) The mix, meanwhile is great - don't see Rema-Rema too often, but it's always nice when you do, of course! Like the Ikara colt and Sleater-Kinney too.
yoko needed those clothes! nice to see the Tape beatles. don't see them used much.
you just don't see armand schaubroeck on too many mixes. the original rochester madman. ever been to his house of guitars? and i for one cannot endorse the desecration of beloved beatles image, though they are pretty slick duds.
I live 5 blocks from the legendary HoG and have spoken w/Armand on many occasions...
this is so nicely done, man. excellent from top to bottom, and inspired cover indeed.
Much of this I don't know..but it looks great!
"Diane" = best Husker Du song ever. Love the Public Enemy song, too.
Don't know a lot of this but it looks good... like the cover.
I could've sworn that I already commented on this one, but while I'm returning for a look at the cleaned up Lennons I'll comment (again?). I love your audio doctors opener and closer and picks from the Flesheaters, Tangiers, and Husker. Is that new Ikira Colt?!? -Dale
