No I haven't taken leave of my senses quite yet! This is a mix compiled by me & Mrs Frenchy,for our 3 year old daughter Freja. (at least it will be a change from friggin' nursery rhymes when in the car! OK it's top heavy with Julie & Dick but give me a break if you're gonna break the golden rule of mixes then do it properly is what I say. I insisted on the Keith West track cos it's one of my fav. songs not just from childhood either! Let the onslaught commense but be gentle with Freja's pappa. Oh & yeh I agree I've failed my daughter by including the Aqua track but she's Barbie crazy though I'm loathe to admit it!Feedback:
Well sir, until I read your comments, I thought the rib injury had caused a lack of oxygen to the brain. On further review this would be a cool car mix to sing with a young child. Oh and screw the "rules".
Well, I tell you: I don't have kids, so I can only imagine your daughter's reaction -- and I'm certain she will love it (though you may tire of it as quickly as you're tiring of the nursery rhymes).

We just got back from vacation and that's all we played, down & back. In fact this last Saturday, the DJ was on an "Ice Cream" song kick -- we called in and got Van Halen's "Ice Cream Man" as a request - mixed in with Eric Nagler, Jonathan Richman & Trout Fishing in America...among others. Kids music can be cool...just steer clear of that purply-pink dinosaur...

Great mix here! The kid mix is always one of my favorite - Gene is so right - there's so much great stuff out there that no one should ever have to expose their keets to a big purple puppet head.

Oh mon ami, this will make my little fairy very happy indeed. I will leave the room when Aqua comes on though! As for Rolf, in a confessional between me and a priest I would cite that as an all time fave. Nobody ever looks back at these. do they? do they? mmmm yes you fools Rolf is the shit!!!!
