Comment:

I needed a good old fashioned rock-n-roll tape to work out to. Came up with this, some real tight segues and transitions if I do say so myself. Now if I could only get myself up and out of the chair!

Excellent indeed! Always liked the BB&A version of Superstition, and like Peter G, Elvis C, & Talking Heads a lot, too. And, of course, Little Feat....

Damn...am I dreaming? This is one of the best mixes I've seen on here in ages, finally a mixer who isn't afraid to use songs more than three months old and by artists who more than three people know of. Special tip of the cap for The Temptations, The Stones, Peter Gabriel, Elvis & Petty. Cheers! -Famous. (Nifty animation too!)

Super mix! How can you sit with this in the background???

A work out mix is not as easy as some think... my only attempt at it (now gone, passed on to someone that actually used it for a class!!) opened on side 2 w/ AC/DC's Thunderstruck... I recall nothing else, other than something borderline ambient to cool down...
