Comment:
Forget about the car mix. What's with the continued glorification of an oil sucking monstrosity that makes the US declare war on the middle east anyway? This is a bicycle themed mix for friends at a local bike shop. The title refers to the recent discovery that you can pick a kryptonite lock with a bic pen (A harrowing discovery for many of us two-wheelers). There's a whole lot of bicycle music out there (and plenty of bicycle bells ringing throughout)and I think this is a fair representation. I'm also going to try to give this mix to this crazy guy at Critical Mass bike rides who rides around with a boombox strapped to his 10 speed, blasting tunes as he pedals.Feedback:
Nice idea! Good mix! You could fit also Easton Clarke - "Bike no license" and its dub version "Unlicensed Dub" by Lee 'Scratch' Perry and the Upsetters. Both tracks featured in Lee 'Scratch' Perry - "Produced And Directed by the Upsetter" (1998, Pressure Sounds).
A mix for le homme frantais if ever there was one! TrTs bonne.
Very cute. My twin sister and I made up a dance to Bicycle Race by Queen while in junior high for the talent show -- thanks Freddie and the gang!
Very good. I like it, and your comments.
What an excellent idea & mix! Go Critcal Mass! The only one here I would have thought of would have been, of course, "my white bicycle" -- now how about a CD of skateboard & scooter songs?
Looking mighty fine.
Great mix and theme. Hooray for bike punks (and other non-genre centric biking fans)!
