I have been without a burner since May. It is now remedied, so basically this is a "getting-my-feet-wet-because-goddamn-do-I-need-to-send-out-mixes-to-some-people" mix. Eternal thanks to Blackadder for introducing me to the Golden Palominos track, and its album, which features the kick-ass Nicole Blackman; and Sleepwell is the project of Gregory Slay and Jeffrey Cain, formerly of Remy Zero. Check 'em out. Oh, and the cover girl is Asia Argento.

Good to see another mix from you, Heather, and glad to hear you got your technological problems sorted out eventually - I can only sympathise with the pain of being sans burner! The mix looks absolutely delicious - I like how you begin and end, and This Is Hardcore is fabulous here. The Dave Gahan adds some more very nice darkness too. I like, a lot.
