Comment:

i will start by staying i think this is perhaps the most ambitious mix i have ever created. you see, my boyfriend and i dated steadily for a year and a half. then things went bad, and he broke up with me. then he came crawling back. then they went bad again, and he broke up with me again. then he came crawling back again. etc. etc. so this cd sort of chronicles the ups and downs of not only a first love type experience, but one of those love/hate relationships. you know, the ones where it's like you're tied to each other with invisible string, and no matter how hard you try to run away, it always pulls you back? there's another little theme going on, the him/her labels. obviously, they label which point of view the song is coming from, mine or his. and the tracklist, once i finally managed to construct it after several aborted attempts, really just captures it perfectly. i fall in love, he gets scared, runs away, realizes he can't live without me, feels remorse, and ultimately crawls back, and, despite my better judgement, is ultimately taken back. the first song and last two songs basically serve to introduce to the concept and summarize. and that, my friends, explains my mix, which i am very proud of. i hope you don't think i'm an idiot.

Nice mix, these kind of mixes are the best. Always remember the lessons of life are repeated until learned.
