February 27, 1998...my friends Sean and Ben were driving to Montreal to pick up our friend Grant to bring him home for his birthday (February 28, which is my birthday too)...i thought it would be nice if they had a 90-minute tape for the approximately 90-minute drive...all the songs either contain a travel reference in the title or mention it in the lyrics...they liked the tape but were worried that i was trying to send them a message, what with all that "death trip", "another rider up in flames", "911 is a joke" and "red lights flashing" stuff (not to mention the sirens that run through "wilmslow road"...whoops
