*A re-arrangement and re-posting of an earlier mix* Say it loud and say it proud..."WORLD SERIES CHAMPION BOSTON RED SOX". I am still awestruck over what I have watched unfold this October. The Sox showed so much grit and I'm sure nobody will soon forget how those Idiots put together the greatest comeback in sports history. This mix is rather motley and rag-tag, but in that way it's very fitting to the team it's dedicated to. To all Yankee fans: Who's Your Papi? To Cardinal fans: sorry, you really deserved MUCH better than four straight. To the three mixers that commented on the earlier version about how the curse was still going to come through: curse this. Is it "classic" or "killer"? Well the Series was "classic" and the mix is "killer", well done! I can't get enough of the Trews album - do they have any more albums? Also, yet again that Petty song is fucking brilliant for this purpose!!
Since the Yankees are my favorite team and the Cardinals are my favorite National League team, I hate to say it but THE WORLD CHAMPION BOSTON RED SOX earned and deserve it. As for the mix, it is terrific!
