We won't get fooled again? Ironic in this context, as I think America WILL -- shudder -- be fooled and vote back in the biggest lying fool in American presidential history. I like this mix, as naive and ideological as it might be.
How exactly is it idealogical? Because I don't think the American people will be twits and vote back in Bush? Optimism and Naviety aren't the same lostinthemix
I was talking about the message of the MIX, which is, on the surface, yes, a little naive (is simplistic a better word?). Like I said, I still think it's a good mix. And I think you're wrong, but we shall see in the next few weeks (not likely tonight). That America is SO divided is enough of an example to the rest of the world that Americans are, if not twits, indifferent about being lied to and screwed over by an adminstration hell-bent on spreading ignorance throughout the free (and 'imprisoned') world. Remember, on most issues, Kerry isn't vastly different from Bush, so even a vote for Kerry is a vote for the status quo.
