Hardly the first of such mixes to be submitted, and certainly not going to be the last.I'm a poli-sci major, and so I burned this for the department here at Kenyon. Obviously not all of my profs are up on current music, so I tried to cover a wide a range of styles to introduce them to some different artists.

OK - the election is over & some are already thinking about 2008 - there are still intense emotions on either side of the fence; and here's a little tongue-in-cheek development to think about:
Democrats are quick to say that George Bush was not elected in 2000. It was basically a put down that his Presidency was illegitimate. It didn't much concern me because I knew where it was coming from: a way to save face (especially when one relects on the fact that they have now lost 5 of the last 7 presidential elections)
Well they're about to learn that they can't have it both ways. Our Constitution says that a man can be elected President twice.
So my question to them is this: Was he elected or appointed? If he was elected, then it's only 4 more years.
If he was appointed... : )
