Comment:
- The men in the Wainwright family have "dad" issues - I've wanted to do this mix for a long time and I have a feeling it will be just the first in a series - Having not the best father was not an excuse for III not being a good father but it is an explanation - The Wainwright men think too much methinks and their music bears that out - This is primarily a mix for Sparky - He introduced me to Loudo (and opened for him once if I'm not mistaken) - I intend to convince him that Rufus is the son of the father -Feedback:
wow, that's really a great compilation, love to hear it
Hey, Bumfluff! It's love and you hate it!
Really starting to get into Loudon in a big way; not yet convinced about Rufus.

Hey Joe. I concur with NOV's opininion. I always liked Dad, but haven't heard enough of junior to pass an opinion. He was on British TV the other night (Rufus, that is) and he does have a nice voice. Great idea for a mix by the way.
excellent idea - would love to hear this one day . . . .
Agree with all my cohorts -- this is a top-notch idea for a mix. And I know Sr. a lot more than Jr., too.
Ditto the rest on the concept, Joe. The Cigarettes & chocolate Milk song never leaves my brain for long.
& boy was Rufus camp on that TV prog. that Gerry mentioned. Know more Rufus than dad but prefer Martha to em both!
Great idea! I'd love to hear this.
A great idea, Joe..I've got 3 of Rufus' albums but none of Loudon's!
Like eavesdropping on a fascinating conversation.
Great great great. Would love to hear this too! Still taking orders?
Cute. Great. I want one someday.
This is a great idea and exectued perfectly. I've always liked Loud's family songs, and I didn't realize that Rufus tackled the same themes. I haven't heard much by Rufus that's impressed me, but I'd love to be won over. Glad to see "Your Mother and I" included. -Dale/ThisIsPop!
Unlike most of the other commenters here, I am much more familiar with Rufus' stuff and have only recently been exposed to Loudon. You've picked some lovely RW songs; ditto everyone else on the concept.
I know a little about both of them, and a lot about their mother/aunt ... the McGarrigles. All that said, this looks just swell!
