Comment:

Sure they made silly, childish comments. Sure, their music sounded like 'Bon Jovi with angst' (as some punter put it) at times. Sure, the whole Cult of Richey thing is way out of hand. But above all, they were fun. I've already done a Manics mix but I've decided to use official material (ie. sans bootlegs) this time. Took only ten minutes to make this one. I've got a biology exam tomorrow, so I'm feeling the eternal nervousness of my restive soul and thus I need a vicarious, vicious outlet for such emotions. As in the words of Mishima...ah screw it. On a side note I do own a Take That single...it cost me $1 at the used store and it's worth the 100 pennies and the laughing derision I get from everyone. Oh, screw you! :-)

I've got a soft spot for the Manics that I can't for the life of me explain? Gobi doesn't half give me some stick for this too I can tell ya! Mate of mine once roadied for Take That, said their coke intake was greater than any other band he'd ever worked for!
