Beautiful. My new favorite news has been the evangelicals' widespread belief that god actually intervened in this election to pick W. There's something truly remarkable about that level of blind idiot faith. I mean sure - god has no time to help out with the Holocaust, Sudan or any other genocide, or even the filming of a Disney movie -- but somehow he has time to campaign for Bush. Which leads one to the possible conclusions that either god is a complete moron or maybe, just maybe, this whole god business is a fairy tale. Now mind you, i wouldn't want to call god a moron - so i went over to the fairy tale side many years ago. And he's not even a very good fairy tale - Grimm tells much better stories.
