Comment:

Following the popular Frankenstein formula...(1) A song from the last album you bought, Nasio Fontaine is my favorite current voice in roots reggae. (2) A blues, I've always liked this tune. (3) A song that gets you going in the morning, I used to listen to this before class every day. (4) A song you think is romantic, Stevie Wonder will always have a place in my heart. (5) One of the first songs you can remember listening to, both of my parents are big Deadheads so all of their stuff was pretty ubiquitous in my childhood. (6) A song you discovered from a movie, Baz Luhrman's adaptation of Romeo and Juliet in this case. (7) A song by your favorite band / artist, Santeria is my all time favorite song ever. (8) A song by a band you don't otherwise like, I never got into Spacehog, In The Meantime rocks though. (9) A lullaby, this song has been on my sleep CD ever since the first time I heard it. (10) A song that makes you laugh, I can't hear this one and not picture my friend dancing to it. (11) A REALLY good cover version, Joe Strummer's rendidtion of this classic is incredible. (12) A song that makes you think of school days, Same Old Story was my friends' and my anti-grown-ups anthem. (13) A song by an artist / band you're embarrassed to admit you like, Necro is just so bad he's good. (14) Whatever it is it has be funky, 'nuff said. (15) A song for quiet rainy days, this one is just so melancholy that I had to put it on. (16) A song that makes you feel good whenever you hear it, Rancid is awesome and Roots Radicals is a gem. (17) A song with look in the title, I was thinking of this one for the one song you like by a band you don't category too. (18) A contribution from the Dead Rockers Society, I was thinking about the Joe Strummer for this category too. (19) Your favorite Elvis song, love this song, love the movie. (20) Wildcard, what can I say when I was little I was a Nickelodeon junky.

Very nice. I really like having people include their comments, not just the list of 20 criteria again. See my exhibit for many more examples of Frankenstein mixes.
