Comment:

A very Jen-friendly "for the hell of it" mix (which explains its resemblance--at least in stretches--to our local "listener-supported" radio station). The opener was inspired by lo-fi's comment on Siobhan's recent mix that Chris Knox can improve any mix. Title from Fleetwood Mac. [Note: I couldn't resist revising this thing the very evening after I posted it (same day). The only thing removed that others commented upon specifically was Leonard Cohen's "Diamonds in the Mine." Sorry Salman, it just didn't work here as well as the new stuff.]

Great stuff, Rob. The funny thing is, a lot of these tracks have been running around in my head for the past few days. We must be on some kind of similar aural wavelength or something.

It's nice to do a "for hell of it" mix sometimes and that sounds like a pretty good radio station there. Great looking mix.

Like this a lot, Rob, and even though I was never a big fan of the Buckingham/Nicks era Mac, that happens to be one of the songs I find to be just catchy as hell. Very, very good.

Yep, huzzah for Chris Knox - but overall, this looks really delightful, Rob. Especially like the Birthday Party. Massive Attack (which goes very nicely into Wainwright btw) and Franz Ferdinand. For a "for the hell of it" mix, it's nice to see how much effort went into this!

I like it. "Chris Michaels" is my favourite song off of Blueberry Boat. Also, nice Byrds, Six Organs of Admittance and Cohen picks.

Haven't seen Erkyah Badu on a mix in forrrrever, she's great. Massive Attack - Rufus - Curtis Mayfield kind of kills me. In a good way...
