Comment:
Every song is under two minutes long. (Barbara Ann may be 2:01...)Every artist is only represented once.
And what else could top off this mix but Her Majesty?
This mix clocks in at 58:30. 40 songs in 58 minutes, and I didn't use all punk songs! Side one has more of hte opunk stuff while Side 2 goes from Beach Boys to The Shins to a quick hip hop cycle, then to William Shatner's spoken word heartbreaking poem, "What Have You Done." To life the spirits, the closing ditty to The Beatles Abbey Road is thrown in there.
Feedback:
Nice mix LP. A lot of good stuff and a pretty good concept too. Yeh, well done on using just the right amount of punk - it would have been easy to get carried away.
