Comment:

So, I broke a couple of my own Rob Gordon series rules, but breaking rules is what reading week is all about! The first mix I've made with my records FOR MYSELF, so I let the rules be broken, cause I'm really only cheating myself (If anyone's counting I used 6 albums that have appeared on the first 2 tapes plus 2 tracks that have appeared on previous mixes I've made for myself). A Wide variety of stuff here and I'm particularly proud of the way Side A wrapped up. Cheers all.

There is a TON to like on this mix - even if rules had to be broken in order to make this possible! I could start listing songs I like but that would take forever... So, how about I say AWESOME Stooges track - I've been thinking of busting that one out on a new mix soon and KILLER Bowie track - Now I just need to work in a WHOA and a SWEET (or TUBULAR) and we have a true dork on our hands! Kudos on the fine mix!

Ah so...I quite enjoy the Son House/White Stripes combo, it's a nifty little insider tandem for those in the know. Come to think of it, I like the string of seven tracks that finishes side A. You have also done well young squire to continue your couplets from the 'side A' conclusion to the 'side B' opener. Na-na-na-na-na-na indeed. Cheers! -Famous.
